Payments do not work after integration? How do I fix this?
- We recommend first to double-check the integration instructions to your selected method and verifying that the integration is done according to these guidelines.
- In our experience so far the overwhelming majority of functional issues can be traced back a configuration error during the integration process.
- If you are still in integration/have not had a successful live transaction yet, please contact the Nordea Connect Integration team with the exact error message and/or the description of where in the process you experience the error what exactly is not working.
- If everything checks out, live payments have been previously functioning, you are already in production and the error still persists please contact the Nordea Connect Customer Service.
