Payments do not work after integration? How do I fix this?
We recommend first to double-check the integration instructions to your selected method and verifying that the integration is done according to these guidelines.
In our experience so far the overwhelming majority of functional issues can be traced back a configuration error during the integration process.
If you are still in integration/have not had a successful live transaction yet, please contact the Nordea Connect Integration team with the exact error message and/or the description of where in the process you experience the error what exactly is not working.
If everything checks out, live payments have been previously functioning, you are already in production and the error still persists please contact the Nordea Connect Customer Service.
