My customers are seeing unknown charges to their card from my company. What are these?
If these are 1 DKK/NOK/SEK/EUR charges that are not captured they may be card test charges. This is highly unlikely to happen to Nordic customers due to the fact that in all four Nordic countries systems are set in a way that these are not displayed. If however they are using a non-Nordic card/bank the test charge may be the case. In either case these amounts will be released shortly.
If this these amounts differ from the standard test amount please check your transactions in the Merchant Portal. It is possible that the customers have active subscriptions they forgot about.
