What is Nordea Connect’s settlement model? How are my company’s settlements scheduled?
Nordea Connect currently does not handle settlements. They are managed separately by each acquirer based on your agreement with them.
In our experience the typical lead times for the acquirers we work with are:
Nets: Settlement within 2 workdays following the settlement notification. The same lead times apply for Vipps and MobilePay as they are also in practice card transactions. Please refer to nets.eu/en/payments/customerservice for more information.
Swish & Siirto: Instant settlement, i.e. a few seconds after the customer presses Pay.
ePayments: Settlement within 1 workday following the settlement notification.
