What is Nordea Connect’s settlement model? How are my company’s settlements scheduled?
- Nordea Connect currently does not handle settlements. They are managed separately by each acquirer based on your agreement with them.
- In our experience the typical lead times for the acquirers we work with are:
- Nets: Settlement within 2 workdays following the settlement notification. The same lead times apply for Vipps and MobilePay as they are also in practice card transactions. Please refer to nets.eu/en/payments/customerservice for more information.
- Swish & Siirto: Instant settlement, i.e. a few seconds after the customer presses Pay.
- ePayments: Settlement within 1 workday following the settlement notification.
